Pros
They bring food in, often it is Pizza. If you fit into the teenage drama world there, it can be a ladder to moving up, but you have to fit in. Often women in their late 20s or early 30s with drama fit in best.
Cons
Everything is a Con here. Read the reviews, it is true. Training is absolutely nonexistent, and you will be blamed for not knowing what you don't know and have never been shown. Nepotism is awful and creates a very unprofessional dynamic. When you meet someone there that you know has family members at the company......be especially careful around them. The owner is not vested in the culture, and HR kind of runs the show in a way, and they are hatchets on personnel. Once you are on the bad side, you will be targeted. It doesn't matter. There is a lot of favored individuals that stand in cubicles and just blabber about their lives. They are favored and just get away with it. Since I have been out I have learned this company has a terrible reputation. There is an "alumni" you could say of former workers here that share their stories.... Seriously.
