      - good developers, scientists, ICs - exciting products that do genuinely beat out most of the other options on the market - constantly evolving their business model with changing technology

      Cons

      - Director level leadership is totally void of experience - Expect toxic leadership and ineffective project management - Toxic leadership. C-suites have changed 3 times in 2 years. - Honestly, I'm amazed they are still a functioning company

      Good product lines, smart team members with knowledge of the industry

      Cons

      Constantly changing senior management. Seen three full C-suite turnovers in my tenure here. We win in spit of the constant upheaval.
