Pros

Good culture of business professionals that still like to have fun. Management is very approachable and takes a genuine interest in its employees. Company has paid for me to travel out of country and visit multiple states in the past year. Lots of coworkers enjoy hanging out outside of work and management hosts multiple paid events throughout the year.

Cons

Some of these reviews I am reading are misleading or seem to be from the perspective of employees that came here for fun and not work. Like many others, I did my research before but decided to make my own opinion based on my experience. Management has created a culture that is enjoyable but that does not mean there are not high expectations and a job to do. I think some people are looking to make a quick buck and reep the benefits without putting in the work and then get upset when management decides to part ways, or the individual just do not show up for work.
