Salary and perks are great, and the people you'll work with brilliant, helpful and generally awesome humans. You'll learn a lot, work will be rewarding, and your workdays interesting and fun.
Cons
Leadership only cares about numbers. Sacked the majority of the global Support Team, with decades of experience, and replaced them with resources from countries known for cheap labor. Makes the company stock value look great I imagine. Customer support will suffer - and management knows.
