Cons
1) IMPORTANT: All positive reviews are added by hr using employee name without employee permission . They forced all employees to write positive reviews on Glassdoor and Google. 2) Salary Cut: You will never receive full salary in month. They are cutting salary if you are coming late, taken extra time in lunch, client has given negative review or not reporting to pm at the end of the day. 3) Notice Period: Company has its own record, they never give the last 2 months notice period salary to employees. You can check find multiple reviews in google as well. 4) WFH: Never apply as WFH. Your life will be stuck even you will think to do suicide. They demanded to work anytime 24*7. If your internet not working then you need to work extra. They are calling you at 1 AM to work on client project. 5) Company has no tester, no IT support member, no networking person. If your system has a problem, you have to fix it and then work extra same day otherwise half day considered.
