Pros
Freedom to work as you choose No micromanagement Flexible schedule
Cons
Underpaid and overworked Walmart and Sam's Club associates you work in the different stores don't want to help you, when you have questions or set up displays Often times they do not want to be bothered by you at all Mileage for driving needs to be at least 50 cents per mile with driving from one store to another to match the inflation of gas prices Salary is only $12-13 an hour, not enough No salary increases per year No raises at all No holiday or birthday recognition No gifts or shout outs for your birthday or Christmas Not the worse company to work for, but not the best, it is mediocre Management gets upset when displays aren't setup, but you are unable to find them in the store, they are hidden or lost, not your fault and management needs to realize it has to do with the disorganization of the store as a whole, why displays can't be found or setup It happened to other employees also This is a job for flexible supplemental additional income, but not stable enough with enough clients for a full time job, to be paid and live off of well, with paying major bills
