Pros
Remote position with flexibility on the hours worked bc you're classified as an hourly employee where you clock in/out not a salaried employee with a set pay (even though you for still wok 40 hours each week)
Cons
Everyone tasked to train you has worked the job for years BUT they are very disorganized in how they train you. Acosta doesn't have their structure or training simplified, there are soo many videos to watch and so many sections of 3 different systems to learn, etc ...they need to get it together. Everyone seems over worked and underpaid plus you can't apply to a different job within the company unless you have 1 year on your current position. This is very frustrating bc once you realize that you could work a different job better than the BMA job, you are stuck for a year.
