Pros
You get to come in contact with and network with a diverse group of people, and you get to know the ins and outs of different companies, accounts, and products. Management is very easy to get along with.
Cons
It took me almost 6 months to hear back on my job application, and I was also let go due to medical reasons and not rehired. There is also very little opportunity for job growth.
