Pros
You work by yourself all the time and don't have a boss breathing down your neck
Cons
The amount of work you do doesn't compensate for how much they pay you (which isn't a lot), NO room for advancement PERIOD, most of the people who work for this company are older and kiss everyone's ass thinking it will get them ahead (just plain annoying), you will NEVER GET A RAISE!
