Acorns is a mission-driven organization, intently focused on looking after the financial best interests of the up-and-coming. The mission and values remain at the heart of all we do and serve as a north star for decision-making for every team member, including Noah and other senior leaders.
Our goal is to foster an ever-improving workplace culture and community that engages and inspires. We do this by building meaningful connections to one another rooted in trust and looking after one another through on-going educational, well-being and community-building programs and events. This empowers our team to face any challenge with courage, optimism and to bravely leap, take risks, and learn from failures. Our culture is not for everyone and those who are not driven by the mission and do not live the values will struggle and may choose to leave.
While we don’t always get it right, our fourth value reminds us that we never stop growing. Change is the constant and we’ll continue to embrace curiosity, courage and compassion while delivering for our customers and team.
