      Pros

      The company culture is great, everyone is friendly and the HQ in Irvine is beautiful! It is a start-up company, so do your research as to what to expect working for a fairly new company.

      Cons

      Leadership and Management does not communicate properly to members of their teams. I believe they do not mean to come off like this but this is something to be aware of.
