Office local to home, gave me experience to go elsewhere for better job
Cons
Toxic environment, poor micromanagement, high employee turnover, ridiculous expectations with no resources. Gossip central. Managers cant keep anything confidential. Small company but CEO never gets involved or interacts with the little people.
