Meetings are unprepared time traps a stage for blaming and pointing fingers. Upper management is ego centric and dismissive. Lack of transparency with employees and customers. Mostly overseas employees leading to miscommunication with co-workers and customers regularly. Prides themselves on certification and organization without actually having certifications and company wide organization. Lack of internal security measures Mismanaged and unqualified HR department. Toxic work culture, everyone blames each other, lack of trust and verification. No accountability for C-Suite and management. Closed door policy. Compensation bait and switch without proper contracts and documentation. Constant organizational changes by upper management without notice and training to employees.
