Lack of culture - I will say that it's hard to create a strong culture when your locations are spread all over the world. Add to this the fact that there are multiple business units basically operating as individual companies and you get a very clique-y environment.
Lack of collaboration - Teams are incredibly siloed, both by department and by country. This makes collaboration difficult. Additionally, because there are so many people from so many different cultures, it can be hard to effectively communicate with someone with whom you don't share the same native language. This results in a lot of miscommunication (though I don't think this issue is specific to only Amplexor).
Poor leadership - I left the company as a result of a bad manager, but I will say that the lack of solid leadership (there are plenty of bosses, but no leaders) really makes it difficult to grow and succeed at Amplexor.
Finally, I was with the company for over 2 years and not ONCE did anyone consider giving me a cost of living raise.
