Pros
nothing to say complete waste of time money effort
Cons
Pure Sales Job, Not What They Promise The role is marketed as consulting or business development, but in reality it is 100% sales with extreme pressure to sell courses. No Leads Provided – You Must Use Your Personal Contacts Employees are forced to push edtech courses to their own friends, family and social circle, which is unprofessional and uncomfortable. You Work Like a Broker, Not an Employee The company treats employees like commission-only agents, not as professionals or team members. Toxic Work Culture & Unprofessional Leadership The founders and leadership team lack professionalism. They don’t act like true leaders and don’t deserve the titles they hold. No Supportive Managers Managers are not friendly, not helpful, and only care about targets—not about employee growth or well-being. Overtime and Extended Hours with No Compensation They expect you to work overtime regularly without any extra pay or proper recognition. No Job Security or Career Growth High pressure, frequent firing, unrealistic expectations, no structured career plan. Misleading Role & False Vendor-like System They expect you to behave like a middleman/broker for their product rather than contributing to real business development. Unethical Sales Culture You are encouraged to manipulate or oversell to customers just to hit numbers. Overall Poor Work Ethics & Lack of Respect
