Pros
The pros were working with some great people who took the time to explain and teach different aspects of the job and were not afraid of you taking their job.
Cons
Massive potential to be a powerhouse in manufacturing but unable to do so due to owner and upper management's mismanagement and lack of solid leadership and vision. Lack of preemptive machine maintenance schedules; run to failure and then fix it mentality. Too front office heavy and back room light along with too much micromanaging.
