I resigned, so I'm not under any agreement. None, HR is too busy worrying about everything but HR duties, gets involved with things that they shouldn't be involved with.
Cons
HR is not truthful with you when presenting the Job, the Senior Management from NJ is not truthful when discussing the Job requirements, then they turn around and change management reporting to the Business Unit Manager from Sales. This individual had no clue what they were doing, did not understand requirements or regulatory requirements. Accounting, from NJ, LAZY!!! they don't even manage Account receivables, they expect lower-level employees to communicate to the Customer, and become defensive if you reference them for further information. NJ VP's will belittle lower Level employees verbally, and then chuckle as if it were funny.
