Things seem well, but beware! - Anonymous employee Aclara Employee Review

There is absolutely no loyalty to the employees that work here. They will act like everything is fine, but behind the scenes they are just looking for a way to replace many of you. They talk about work life balance, but they don't actually do much to make it happen. If this is a place that you are thinking about working, I recommend looking somewhere else. They will say whatever they need to in order to draw you in and you will soon find out that none of it is true. I should have listened to these reviews before accepting this position.
