Disagreement and individuality are not well-received, and advancement can feel like it is based more on ego and compliance than actual leadership skills.
The feedback culture heavily favors criticism over constructive growth. Guidance on code quality or performance often lacks depth, frequently boiling down to generic directives to just "do it better" without real mentorship or support.
Project allocation and bench management are major pain points. Workers can spend extended periods on the bench due to a lack of available client work.
