      Pros

      Working in this company it started. As being a startup company, you can get boosted in everything in terms of your work. Everyone is working in the company as a team, not separated department. Company can help you to grow your skills apart from work as well which I like the best. Company will pay for your needs of any tools or software if you really want to use. also, company can pay you if you need any paid certificates like facebook blueprint, photoshop (i got it already from the company!) Rewards for: Employee of the quarter and employee of the year 5 days working Flexible working policy is best among all! Surprise parties and small outings
