Had a great culture and engineering team. There were lots of growth opportunities and freedom to grow before the things started to decline

Multiple RIFs due to poor management. CEO is clueless, throws around buzzwords and changes company direction on a dime. After the recent RIF came to an all hands and told most of the engineering team that their jobs were no longer a priority. This caused massive panic among the ranks and resulted in most of the talent finding their way out or trying to currently find their way out. There is zero road map or strategy. Company is running out of money and needs to raise a new round with an incapable CEO at the helm
