Director and senior colleagues provided me with abundant resource and mentorship (including company status, candidate CV and job's opening requirement), which helped me gain a detailed picture of the market condition and guide me on how can I plan my career in the finance industry step by step. The professional consultant demonstrated excellent communication skills and closing skills in a corporate manner as well as in-depth knowledge about different job openings and the market condition. Cons
The learning resources provided is too much to be fully absorbed. You might find it boring if you just perceive it as a repetitive task. But as long as you try to observe and try to understand the different piece of the job (though it really takes time to understand and you have to be willing to ask), you can gain lots of insight in the finance industry. The tasks assigned like executive search is sometimes challenging but fulfill, be patient and ask for help if its needed. Don't be shy and the seniors are nice and willing to teach you.
