A good company to develop as an educator//demanding work environment - Lead History Teacher Achievement First Employee Review

*High turnover leads to sisyphus-style work each year, which detracts from time spent on tackling larger system wide problems *Depending on which site you work at, management is hit or miss in this organization-- with unqualified individuals leading others. *The work can really pile up at times. We hand good leadership at my school so that schedules were sometimes adjusted to accomodate the highest priority items. This was not the case at each site.
