      Profit sharing happens sometimes Industry growing quickly

      Cons

      Very high turnover in numerous areas. Quick to fire people or let them go. Lack of direction or very ambiguous. Disorganized and do not explain things very well. People don't show up for meetings or are very late.

      Pros

      I was there when I was 25 and once again at 28. I was between jobs. It's more for very young kids coming out of high-school or working through college. Nothing bad to say about the people.

      This place is only for adults of you are in upper management

      Flexible, good group of people

      Cons

      Management consistently makes horrible decisions based on "gut" feeling or shiny new object of the day. Way too reactionary. No plan in place. Almost no communication. No room for growth.
