Young, friendly atmosphere, good compensation, no cold calling - all warm leads/inbound calls.
Cons
Call micromanaging: Management measured the number of phone calls we made per day, but this was not a reliable metric because more calls didn't always translate into more sales. I felt like I had to make phone calls for the sake of making calls, rather than work smarter and more efficiently.
