8yThank you for your input. We were sorry to read that you did not have the positive experience you wanted while working for Achieve Beyond. We are proud of our CEO. We feel fortunate that over the years she has worked in various departments across our company so has the unique distinction of understanding the nuances of all of our programs that few CEOs have the luxury to know.
Each new hire receives a training module that outlines their first two full weeks of training with their manager and department. After the first two weeks, there is continued training that occurs. We found that to ensure all new hires have a clear understanding of our company, their role, their department and unique goals, that this newer structured training is invaluable. Regarding bonuses, we are happy to say that we are in a position to have a set bonus structure in place for employees to be rewarded for their hard work. We appreciate all input and will ensure that each employee has the opportunity to voice their option to better our programs and company as a whole.
