As a fresher and just out of my college, I initially had my doubts about how I will be able to survive in the industry. Everyone from the HR team to the technical team is reachable and is always ready to extend their help and support in all the ways possible. The fullstack training that we received is very effective and the assessment we went through as a part of training, helped us boost our confidence to the industry level. Acheron Software Consultancy Private Limited is the best place to start and grow. Also, after the training, all the potential performers were alloted to project within a very short time. The culture is also very good. We will have time to time events, festivals being celebrated, outings, etc.., that will make us feel our workplace pleasurable.
Cons
Sometimes we are expected to extend our time, but that's only when you have to close your tasks. If you complete everything on time and as expected, the team will be motivating you to move forward.
