Directionless organisation - HO Employee Acer Group Employee Review

1. Top management , led by current MD has very low ethical values and are directionless bunch. . 2. They are working for their short term gains, MD , CFO and CSO do the window dressing of the books and they swindle money of the organisation. 3. All these people are not working for the long term continuation of the organisation.. in last 3 years under current MDs regime company has lost the solid foundation and loyal employee base which was developed by previous MD 4. top two layers of the company say about 15-20 people get 80-90% of the re-numeration benefits/bonus.
