The people. Flat out. I've worked in a lot of agencies that were cold and aloof and back-stabbing, but Acento is one of the best. I truly care and love for all of them

Haven't gotten a raise for 3 years. I get it and understand, but bills and expenses haven't gone down either.

There's nothing positive I can say except that some people here are nice.

The list can be extensive and may include bad management, extreme micromanagement, notorious favoritism, and atrocious creative leadership. Now, what truly made me realize I needed to leave was when, during a meeting, there was the heartbreaking news of someone's significant other passing away, and the CEO's first words were a joke about it, followed by his sycophantic group laughing at it. Right there I knew I had to leave, and I'm really happy I did.
