      Being around since '46, the company is headed in the right direction. Good company to retire with.

      Cons

      Move out those employees that just don't want to work. Stop giving 5 or more chances.

      The pay is good,it's a fun job,easy to do,learn how to fix sensors and do your enlightenment and set shuttle heights feeds lengths feed speed also good co workers

      Cons

      There is a ton of overtime,the management could do better
