They don’t have anything to be appreciated about

*They will not pay you complete TA-DA at the time of notice period, *They will not pay you incentives *They don’t care about the employees who are on field, as there is no insurance for them *As a business developer, the role was to get clients, but these guys expect to do everything even the technical work. * They don’t have confidence in their own product, coz even their demo app crashes down. * The Hr doesn’t do anything * The Bangalore office has been restricted the employees to have only two cups of tea, more then that would be chargeable. * The CEO is good at cost cutting * They don’t pay your salary * The so called team lunch at bangalore is always funded by employees * The salary structure over here is pathetic, if you use your pending leaves, it will be considered as LOP for which the Hr will call you and tell, the LOP amount will be credited in the next month salary and its so obvious you won’t get that for sure. * And the CEO who just doesn’t respect the work of their employees. * The CEO expects daily reports from the employee who’s salary is not been paid. * This is start up company which never stood up for their employees. * Job description doesn’t match your job role
