Been here for a year now, and overall, it's been an exciting experience for me. I work on projects at the intersection of AI, data science, and architectural technology, and I’ve had the chance to take on some truly meaningful and challenging projects in the AEC Tech and E-Commerce space.
The remote culture has been super convenient and personally for me, it doesn’t get better than this. The team is genuinely supportive, always open to teaching, and helping each other out. In my experience with the Leadership, they've always been approachable and hands-on. I’m glad to know that the work I do here has a significant impact on my team and our overall goals. It keeps me motivated.
Watching the software evolve and knowing I’ve played a part in building key features is quite rewarding. Would definitely recommend Acelab to anyone looking to apply or take up a role here.
Cons
At this stage, we’re a decently sized yet still small team considering the amount of work we’ve got going, so you can definitely expect to stay busy. That said, people here really take ownership of their work. That's usually part of the culture.
