If you’re thinking about joining this company - don’t. Save yourself the mental stress, the disgust, and the disappointment. The so-called “seniors” here act like they own the place, and their favorite pastime seems to be objectifying women in the team. The way they talk, stare, and joke is disgusting. Their mindset is so narrow it feels like they’re stuck decades behind.
Before a new hire even joins, their personal details are passed around like gossip. People judge them before they’ve even stepped foot in the office. Privacy? Respect? Non-existent. And honestly, I don’t know why someone’s personal life or relationships are such fascinating topics for them - maybe because they have nothing better to do.
Some of these seniors are so busy body-shaming others that they forget to look in the mirror - literally. They’ll laugh at someone’s looks or weight when they can’t even fit properly in their own chair. It’s pathetic.
And if you’re genuinely kind or helpful, thinking teamwork matters - wake up. The same people you help will laugh about you behind your back. Fake smiles, fake compliments, fake respect - that’s the culture here.
Promotions, recognition, and “hierarchy” have nothing to do with skill. It’s all about who can suck up to the seniors the most. The more you lick their feet, the higher you climb. Merit means nothing here.
