Pros

Mid-management and below consist of mostly reliable, hardworking individuals you can depend on. They are the lifeblood and backbone of success at Aceable, and the only reason not to run for the hills immediately.

Cons

Leadership/HR created a toxic, disconnected environment, poorly disguised by overly emphasized buzzwords and insincere ethical considerations. Malignant leadership. 3 execs down in one year, and long standing employees vanish without farewells or clear explanation. If you try to present valid concerns that place even the slightest responsibility on them, you will encounter an eerily calculated display of deflection, gaslighting, cover-ups, and dishonesty from HR and leadership. It is both shocking and vile to witness, yet sadly predictable after some time there. Just go check YELP reviews if you want to understand how this company operates. Reviews here on GD are likely influenced with carrots and sticks from HR. Trustpilottt is pay to play. Don't be fooled.

Pros

They are generous with company holidays, the work is not that hard, flexibility and work life balance are pretty good

Cons

Leadership sucks and you will constantly see people who should not be promoted getting promoted, career growth can be difficult because the company is very cagey with titles and pay raises even when it’s been clearly earned. They don’t treat people of color well (as evidenced by their track record of how many POCs decide to leave the company) though the company tries to act like they care about diversity. Pay isn’t great and they often assign responsibilities to you beyond the scope of your role or position (with no recognition or pay).
