      Pros

      Great small shop, good groups of guys and the owners a good guy. Kind of boss you want to work for, won’t ask you to do anything he wouldn’t do. Lots of investment back into the company, continuously improving.

      Cons

      No health insurance or any other benefits besides time off, but I’m sure that’ll change soon.

      Pros

      Great team, a mix of experienced machinists and apprentices who care about the quality of their work. Room for expansion and growth, with learning paths through TMA (Technology & Manufacturing Association).

      Cons

      Small business that's growing, which also means adjustments along the way and the need to take on responsibility for your work...not a bad thing, but some might rather be in an anonymous corporate environment.
