      Pay is decent, Laid back company, and only work Mon-Thur guaranteed 40 hours.

      Cons

      No way to advance as only the managers "friends" get promoted, Everyone is always looking for the scapegoat, Management is a complete joke, and owners only see money signs, nothing else.

      Pros

      It is a family owned company, and while working there I felt like I was part of the family. For such a big place, there is little turn over in comparison. I worked in admin and sales and felt that upper management was very fair. They allowed you to be creative and explore your talents. I made some really good friends in both employees and management.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. Ace gives everyone an opportunity.
