      Pros

      Ace is family owned and local. When problems arise they handle them promptly. Great exercise, you don't need a gym membership with this job. Start early in the morning and get done early afternoon.

      The work is heavy and at times dirty.

      Pros

      It is a family owned company, and while working there I felt like I was part of the family. For such a big place, there is little turn over in comparison. I worked in admin and sales and felt that upper management was very fair. They allowed you to be creative and explore your talents. I made some really good friends in both employees and management.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. Ace gives everyone an opportunity.
