Then the same rule gets changed a week later. They cannot accurately run their program; setting their employees for success, giving accurate knowledge or information to be successful. Then they blame the employee for not achieving 100% perfection. Basically they set you up for failure then berate you for it. Its giving narcissistic relationship breakup feels.
