Pros

9 to 5 Monday thru Friday. Very little overtime. Some people a nice and helpful. Will give you time off if needed.

Cons

No raises. what you start at you stay at. You get sent home when it's slow and other people are getting overtime, because they are favorites. They lay people off with more then 10 years with the company and hire temps that need to be trained to do your job.

Pros

The job was fun more so if you enjoy working with your hands and building things. There is a potential to learn a lot of useful knowledge. They build retail displays. The bulk ones are not as fun to work on but the smaller displays are a lot of fun. Sometimes you get to be creative and give your own input.

Cons

Lack of communication, expected to work to many hours, the pay is good at first but raises are almost impossible to get. To many "bosses" and it becomes obnoxious. Also management plays favorites whether the person is qualified or not. No job security at all. The owner is very judgmental and the minute you do or say something that he does no approve on you are on the hit list.
