Pros

Ace Designs is a great place to work. There is always something new going on as the company designs and manufactures unique displays for all kinds of retail outlets. The management lets employees try out problem solving so that methodologies are constantly being upgraded. It is challenging work, but rewarding. The company has recently invested in hiring new senior management , which has greatly increase efficiencies.

Cons

Short lead time from customers creates an atmosphere of pressured activity.

Pros

The job was fun more so if you enjoy working with your hands and building things. There is a potential to learn a lot of useful knowledge. They build retail displays. The bulk ones are not as fun to work on but the smaller displays are a lot of fun. Sometimes you get to be creative and give your own input.

Cons

Lack of communication, expected to work to many hours, the pay is good at first but raises are almost impossible to get. To many "bosses" and it becomes obnoxious. Also management plays favorites whether the person is qualified or not. No job security at all. The owner is very judgmental and the minute you do or say something that he does no approve on you are on the hit list.
