Pros
Company Owner is innovative and wants to do lots of things but at management or managing things, they are bad...bit of money minded. It's a good place for new and unexperienced youth but regular salary is a issue so be ready to work without salary for few months sometimes as company doesn't have regular earning it self.
Cons
Management is confused and not professional. Salary is never on time, staff has to borrow money for their personal expenses and food. HR is not supportive for the employees and also not professional Staff is blamed for management's false decisions Staff is not respected, only buttering people survive. Policies are not staff friendly. For marketing people, it is not suggestive. Irregular Salary for the staff, company has irregular funds for staff, but they purchase land for themself.
