Cons
• They won't allow you to code in any languages other than VB .Net
• Had salary issues when I was working there. The salary used to come a month late. Not sure about now.
• CEO of the company was not employee friendly at the time I worked with the company
• Internet is not provided to the developer making the development of things tougher and slower
Good infrastructure; good work culture and sincere employees, young employees; they have clients in India and abroad. Good for employees who want to work in IT.
Cons
Traditional company. Long term good for people in technical field. Different work place for technical and other staff and strict rules. Overall a medium working atmosphere, not much sharing of knowledge etc
