Pros
Superb full-time benefits. All-expenses paid healthcare. Very fair paid-time-off program. There is some room to wear multiple hats and assist in different parts of the organization. Work with engineering, dabble in the logistics area, and learn new skills. The staff is very intelligent and mostly professional. They offer bonuses/quarterly events to try keeping people happy. Excellent job for a starter/out of college professional.
Cons
The business lacks any sort long-term plan or business strategy. There is a large amount of oversight from the executive level. There is a daily meeting where you must report your progress and if you lack substance, be prepare to get called out. Salary was lower than what most other companies offered. Lot's of growing frustration between the different departments and the need for new leadership. The company has been around quite some time but operates with no vision. Favoritism is very high and the high-level personnel are actual family members so it's hard to open your ideas up.
