very family oriented, very flexible schedules, great management team

too many took advantage of upper managements kindness

Not a big office and there was only 2 of us working in the office. A lot of work got done and there were no distractions.

CEO only came to the office Thursdays and Fridays only, there was no room for growth or coaching because the owner/CEO was never there for the 2 employees he had working for him.
