Accurate Group Response

Thank you for your response. We find it disheartening you feel the company is not doing enough. At this unprecedented time when other organizations are laying off employees or closing their doors, we have done everything we can to keep our employees safe and working. We were pleased to see working remotely was listed as a Pro in your review. Our ability to quickly move employees to a remote work environment was key in avoiding disruptions to our operations, giving Accurate Group the ability to keep staff safe and employed. Working remotely does have its challenges such as keeping employees engaged. While some people enjoy their manager and co-workers reaching out, others may view it as micromanaging. Even though this past year was certainly a challenge for us all, we awarded merit increases as well as a profit sharing distribution, acknowledging the hard work and accomplishments of our employees. And despite the difficulties of 2020, our employees showed that they were willing to grow and achieve more with the company resulting in 15 promotions leading to new team lead and management roles. We’re all in this together to keep everyone safe and successful.
