The boss there seems very nice at first but always has things up his sleeve. For example he will tell you to do work that needs to be done n if he has the slightest issue with you he won't mention it. (As you should, in order to resolve an issue) he'll let it all build up n on his most hectic days he lashes out and gives attitudes in a non chalaunt kind of way. He under pays the most important positions at the job while compensating the warehouse workers according to who he has a better relationship with. A lot of favoritism going on there.

Horrible communication with owner and management regarding ideas and problems.
