Pros
Managers and staff are relatively friendly.
Cons
Raise week. I got a call today about my raise. I was told immediately that we usually don't get a raise until a full year of employment, but he was making an exception. (Everyone gets a raise, even temps who only worked for a few months.) I was first told 10%. I found out on my stub that it was less than 10. I called to clarify and he explained he was mistaken. Somewhere around 8 or 9%. I'm like... Ok sounds good. Finally, I sit down to do the math and it's 7.2%. This is fine and all but now I'm a little disappointed, especially since new part timers got 8%. I've held my tongue for this moment, but now I can say I'm over it. I am worth more than this. The only way one may see any benefit to working here is if they stay and work through the crap for 10 years, then it starts to pay off. I'm 26 and having a kid soon, i can't wait 10 years so I'm gone.
