Team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what they do. The facility is state-of-the-art and reflects the mission of being the world leader in micro molding. The little extras have been nice, like free lunches during some meetings, a clothing allowance each year, and company outings like golf and Christmas party.

Can be a fast-paced and highly detail oriented environment, which may feel intense for those unaccustomed to high standards. The current growth means high levels of stress, sometimes.
