Pros
40 minute lunch with two 10 minute breaks. Pay scale. Location. Paid time off after a year. EMS and Fire Department clients are great. 6 paid Holidays after a year, most of the time they add the Friday after Thanksgiving too.
Cons
Parking, not enough spaces. Nepotism. You are not allowed to speak to anyone unless you are on break. Everyone is so scared and paranoid that they will lose their jobs. They constantly use scare tactics and remind you how lucky you are even to have a job. Unforgiving attendance policy.
