Pros

In my more than 25-year career, my stops have included working for a large national humanitarian organization and also for one of the international leaders providing supply chain logistical solutions. At Accucode, it's refreshing to feel like I have value and that my opinion matters to the higher-ups. Their words not only say people matter, but their actions back that up. They also communicate the information, feedback, corrective actions and other support that sets me up for success.

Cons

There are times when it is fast-paced and you are required to think on your feet needing to be flexible while working through challenges.

Pros

Amazing team and leadership, I had some of my most memorable moments at Accucode. Casey and Shaun are some of the most understanding and down to earth people. Very flexible work/home balance. 8-5 Monday thru Friday schedule. Gain a huge amount of exposure to various technologies and projects that will set you up for future growth. Accucode is really a 5 star company to work at, Kevin Price does an amazing job running this company.

Cons

None come to mind. Accucode treats their employees with great care and respect. They truly care about your well being and to me, that deserves my upmost respect.
